ANNUAL ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS
2012 ANZAC Day March Brisbane The RAADC Association marched as a formed up group behind the RAADC Association banner in Brisbane this year.
After the Parade, we assemble at Gilhooley’s Tavern for a get-together and comradeship some then went on to the Irish Club to continue supporting the Bundaberg rum industry.
AGM of the RAADC Association will be held on Saturday 26th May 2012 at "Seadrift" Montville by the kind gernerosity of LtCol Martin Mylne. Many of us will be staying overnight. If you wish to attend please let the Secretarty know for catering purposes.
Australian Defence Medal
The Australian Defence Medal (ADM) has been established to recognise serving and former Australian Defence Force (ADF) Regular and Reserve personnel who have served for at least four years, or completed their initial term of engagement, whichever is the lesser.Current serving full-time members will receive their medal automatically.All others will need to apply for the medal. In addition to being available via this website here , the application form for the ADM is available from the RSL and other Ex-Service Organisations.
Order of Wearing Honours and Awards incorporating recently issued medals (Australian Defence Medal, Afghanistan Medal and Iraq Medal) is included here.
Other activities and events may occur throughout the year and these will be advised in future updates and by Newsletter. Also the locations for all or any event may change from time to time and will also be further advised.
